White & Case has returned to Allen & Overy for the second time in 2021 to hire yet another debt finance lawyer in Johannesburg, the firm has announced.
Sibusiso Zungu's hire comes less than a month after the recruitment of another debt financing partner, Lionel Shawe, who also joined from Allen & Overy where he was previously regional managing partner.
