The Italian elite firm has elevated three women to its board as it reinvigorates its leadership diversity targets amid a wider industry push.

BonelliErede has accelerated its diversity and inclusion efforts at leadership level, announcing six new board members – including three women – and introducing a requirement to have a minimum number of women on its governing body going forward, the has announced.
The firm's new quota – which it calls its "pink quota" – will require the presence of at least one woman on its board.
