White & Case has appointed a new global co-head of private equity to take the helm of the group once incumbent post-holder Ian Bagshaw leaves the firm in June.
Brussels-based partner Thierry Bosly, who heads up the firm's Belgium and Luxembourg practices, takes up the role in advance of London partner Bagshaw's high-profile departure from the firm at the end of June.
