Winston & Strawn Hong Kong partner Khoon Jin Tan has left the firm to join a healthcare-focused investment firm.
Tan is now a managing director at Singapore-headquartered CBC Group, which focuses on healthcare investment opportunities in China. He was most recently a corporate partner at Winston where he joined two years ago. Tan focuses his practice on Hong Kong listings and related transactions. In 2018, he advised Chinese online game developer 7Road Holdings Ltd on a $116 million listing in Hong Kong.
