Kennedys has implemented a hybrid working policy which will allow all of its people to work from home up to 40% of the time.
The hybrid working policy was introduced in May and applies to everyone whose work does not require them to be office-based, according to a statement. However, new joiners and those at the early stages of their career will work from home for up to 20% of the time.
