U.S.-based firms White & Case and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom are each drawing on multiple offices to advise on a multi-billion euro deal which will see Visa acquire European fintech firm Tink.
The payments giant announced on Thursday that it would pay a total financial consideration of €1.8 billion for the Swedish-based open banking platform.
