Baker McKenzie has hired a corporate partner in Hong Kong focusing on capital markets and public mergers and acquisitions.
Victoria Lloyd joins from Ropes & Gray where she had been a partner in Hong Kong where she advised banks and multinational investors on M&As and other transactions related to the Hong Kong's securities market. In 2017, she advised U.K.-based investor Salamanca Group on a sale of holdings in Hong Kong-listed China Polymetallic Mining Ltd.
