Former Dechert partner Neil Gerrard said he suffers from “global amnesia” as he gave evidence in London’s High Court on Thursday in the latest twist in the Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation dispute.
Gerrard, who was previously head of white collar at Dechert and is a defendant along with the firm and the Serious Fraud Office in the long-running case against ENRC, made the comments while being cross-examined.
