Mohit Saraf, the co-founder of Indian firm Luthra & Luthra (L&L Partners), has launched his new firm, Saraf & Partners, with 21 partners and three offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

The launch of Saraf's full-service firm follows the closure of a bitter feud and litigation with L&L Partners' other co-founder, Rajiv Luthra. The two were equity holders at the firm, Luthra held majority stake and had expelled Saraf from the firm over arguments on equity dilution last year.
