Squire Patton Boggs has hired a three-lawyer London financial services team from Clyde & Co, including the head of the firm's trade and commodity finance group.
Robert Parson joins the firm's financial services practice as a partner along with two senior associates, Geraldine Butac and Jennifer Greengrass, who specialise in trade and shipping finance.
