Latham & Watkins, Allen & Gledhill and Walkers are advising Singapore property technology firm PropertyGuru on its agreement to combine with Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Bridgetown 2 Holdings, formed by Pacific Century Group and Thiel Capital.
Latham's team is led by Singapore partner Sharon Lau and Tokyo partner Noah Carr, who are supported by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim and Washington D.C. partner David Della Rocca. Walkers' advice is led by Singapore partner James Twigg.
