The majority of lawyers surveyed about Davis Polk & Wardwell’s newly-implemented ‘No Vaccine, No Office Entry’ policy are in favour of the stance, as more U.S. law firms opt for mandatory vaccination strategies.
Davis Polk’s decision to inform its people that they would be barred from its U.S. offices via de-activated entry passes if they could not provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination has been met favourably by 75% of respondents in a Law.com International survey who said they agreed with the stance.
