Withers Hires Singapore Banking Partner from Morgan Lewis Stamford
Chen Guan Feng was the former co-head of White & Case's banking and restructuring practice in Asia.

Withers has hired Chen Guan Feng as Singapore partner for its banking and finance practice. Chen joins the London-based firm with an associate from Morgan Lewis Stamford, where he was partner.
Chen has more than 25 years' experience advising on cross-border financings and private corporate debt restructurings across Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia. He represents lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He also represents multinationals and small to medium enterprise (SME) borrowers on the negotiation of credit facilities and documentation with their lenders.
