In recent years, the environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") movement has shaken the business world as companies are increasingly measured by nonfinancial metrics.
Lawyers have quickly adapted their practices to guide clients through the ever-evolving regulatory frameworks and ESG ratings. Law firms, however, are not immune to increased scrutiny on their practices.
