Partners at the Chinese law firms Anjie and Broad & Bright have voted to merge, creating "Anjie & BB Law Firm"—a Beijing-based law practice with more than 400 lawyers across seven offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Haikou City, Nanjing and Hong Kong.
