Goodwin Procter Hires 2 Former Simpson Thacher Lawyers as Hong Kong Partners

Goodwin Procter has added two new partners, Philip Culhane and Elyn Xing, to its Hong Kong funds practice.

Culhane advises on fund formations, focusing on representing Asia-based alternative asset managers, from startup funds to established multi-strategy firms. He has advised on several multimillion-dollar fund formations, fund raising and investment deals.
