Dechert has launched a financial restructuring practice in Asia with the hire of Kirkland & Ellis partner Daniel Margulies.
His hire is the first to Dechert's Hong Kong base in two years.
Margulies joined Kirkland from O'Melveny & Myers in 2016 and was made partner in 2017. He was previously based in Singapore and relocated to Hong Kong in 2015.
