Milbank and White & Case have taken up key roles advising on the €1.3 billion IPO of the Swedish investment company Storskogen Group and the listing of its shares on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
It is the biggest listing to take place on the Stockholm exchange in 2021 so far, according to Milbank. Shares began trading on October 6.
