Michael Chissick is standing down as the managing partner of Fieldfisher and will be replaced in the role by partner Robert Shooter.
Chissick, who took on the management of the U.K.-based firm in 2012, will be replaced in the role on May 1, 2022, by Shooter, who is the firm’s head of technology, outsourcing and privacy. Before taking on the leadership Chissick also ran the same department.
