Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has brought together 10 partners to advise a consortium of investment and pension funds in their record $1.6 billion retail property transaction.
The firm is acting for AMP Capital Finance, UniSuper and Cbus Property on their A$2.2 billion acquisition of an 80% stake in Queensland shopping mall Pacific Fair and of half of Sydney’s Macquarie Centre.
