Anela Musat has left her post as global head of legal at Partners Group, to join food impact investor Blue Horizon as general counsel, a company statement said. Prior to her in-house career, Musat was a corporate partner at law firm CMS Cameron McKenna in London, the statement added. Partners Group has appointed Sam Rozati to succeed Musat in the role. Christopher Fox has joined computer software company Zellis as general counsel and company secretary. He leaves Kambi after over five years, according to LinkedIn, where he was most recently chief legal officer and general counsel. Charlie Ryan has joined defence consultancy Hawkrose as general counsel, a spokesperson has said. He joins from Royal Mail, where he was most recently senior legal advisor for over four years. Ardonagh Global Partners has hired Alissa Pfitzner as general counsel, a company statement said. Based in Sydney, Pfitzner was previously chief counsel for Asia Pacific at Arthur J Gallagher, a American global insurance brokerage, the statement added. Leah Brown has left Trussle to join Mintus as its general counsel. She was promoted to general counsel at Trussle in October 2020, prior to which she was head of legal for around six months, according to LinkedIn.
