Mishcon de Reya partner Madalina-Andreea Dumitrescu, part of a group that quit the firm last month, is joining U.K. rival Charles Russell Speechlys.
Dumitrescu left Mishcon amid a glut of departures in early October as the firm prepares for its initial public offering.
