The Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) has launched a Technology, Infrastructure and Construction List (TIC List) to help expedite the resolution of technically complex disputes and reduce the cost of litigation for parties involved.

Technology, infrastructure and construction sector disputes often implicate multiple parties across multiple contracts, and frequently require voluminous evidence involving complex technical issues causing the hearing processes to be long-drawn and costly for all parties.

According to the SICC, cases filed under the new TIC List will benefit from additional case management features including the ability to join parties into one hearing, and the exchange of affidavits of evidence-in-chief prior to disclosure of documents.
