International law firm King & Wood Mallesons has appointed M&A partner Renae Lattey as new chief executive partner of the Australian practice and David Friedlander as Australian chair.
Currently managing partner clients and mergers & acquisitions, Lattey has been a member of the firm's Australian executive management team since 2017 and will succeed Berkeley Cox.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
