International law firm Ashurst has boosted its Australian restructuring practice with the hire of a partner from Norton Rose Fulbright in Sydney.
Bernie Walrut, who had been a partner at Norton Rose since January 2020, is one of several partners to leave the firm in the past two years. He joins Ashurst's restructuring and special situations group.
