Dorsey & Whitney has strengthened its global M&A practice with the addition of a partner hire from King & Wood Mallesons in London.
Stewart Worthy will join Dorsey's U.K. base this month as a partner in the firm's mergers & acquisitions and private equity practice group, which now consists of over 175 members.
