Four law firms have picked up roles to advise on the acquisition of a U.S. pest control company by a U.K. rival in a transaction worth $6.7 billion.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Macfarlanes are advising U.S. business Terminix on its acquisition by FTSE 100 company Rentokil, creating one of the world’s largest pest control companies in a tie-up worth $6.7 billion, according to a market statement from Rentokil on Tuesday.
