Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison's China practice managing partner, Betty Yap, has found home again at Linklaters. The Magic Circle firm has also rehired Latham & Watkins' financial regulatory partner, Carl Fernandes, who will be relocating from London to Hong Kong.
