A majority in the U.K. would join a class action against a company or their employer if they were affected by an issue, according to a poll published on Thursday.
The survey of 1,000 people, conducted by Portland Communications, found that although there continues to be a fairly low public understanding of class actions, a significant proportion would join such a claim if given the opportunity.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
