Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson has become the latest U.S. firm to launch a Brussels office, which will join London as a center for the firm’s work on European Union merger control proceedings.
The office will be the New York firm’s second in the EU, joining Frankfurt, and it gives Fried Frank a total of five offices worldwide.
