Hogan Lovells and Baker Botts have both kicked off 2022 by poaching U.S.-based project finance partners with deep experience in Latin America as the region faces pressing infrastructure needs.

In Miami, Hogan Lovells recruited the head of Jones Day’s global projects and infrastructure practice, Richard Puttré, who was also a key member of that firm’s Latin America transactional team. And Baker Botts has nabbed Dino Barajas, the Los Angeles-based co-chair of DLA Piper’s U.S. projects and infrastructure practice and its Latin America corporate and finance practice.
