Weightmans is set to merge with fellow U.K. outfit RadcliffesLeBrasseur, in the latest consolidation of the mid-market legal sector.
The two firms announced on Thursday that they are in negotiations to merge, and are aiming to complete the tie-up by the end of March 2022.
