Since the news that rainmaking Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan London partner Boris Bronfentrinker was moving along with a sizeable team to Willkie Farr & Gallagher, there has been much speculation about which of his big money-spinning cases he'd take with him.
In October, the team move was a sensation on the London market, with Bronfentrinker taking a significant cohort of Quinn's competition litigation team with him, including two other partners and several junior lawyers.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
