Herbert Smith Freehills London corporate partner Caroline Rae has topped a ranking of the M&A lawyers for deals in the U.K. during 2021.
Rae, the only woman on the list, advised on two deals worth a combined value of £15.1 billion, according to the research by MergerLinks, a London-based financial data platform focused on the credentials of corporate finance professionals.
