The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has closed its investigation into former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner Caroline Stroud, after a complaint was made into the review she led into a historic rape complaint at UBS.
The investigation centered on whether Stroud had misled the rape complainant, former UBS employee 'Person A', after she brought an employment claim against UBS in March 2019 for unfair dismissal.
