One of 28 lawyers who defected from K&L Gates in Australia to launch a new employment and workplace firm is returning to the firm nearly three years later.
Dominic Fleeton joins K&L Gates' Melbourne office from Kingston Reid, the firm launched by the defectors in 2019.
