Just a week after its launch in the British Virgin Islands, global law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is set to open a new office in Denmark.
Shipping expert Jens Mathiasen will oversee the firm's launch in Copenhagen. According to his LinkedIn profile, Mathiasen spent almost 20 years at independent Danish firm Gorrissen Federspiel as a partner and headed up the firm's shipping, offshore and transportation practice.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
