Stephenson Harwood Hong Kong corporate partner Paul Westover has relocated to Bangkok to join local law firm LawPlus as a partner.
Westover advises on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity investments, and corporate governance matters.
He previously led Stephenson Harwood's Greater China corporate practice. Prior to spending over two decades at the firm, Westover was a partner in the Hong Kong office of Tanner De Witt.
