Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Hogan Lovells have won roles advising on the latest cross-border deal worth nearly £1 billion.
U.K. based Clipper Logistics, which supplies major retailers including John Lewis with warehouse services, has accepted a takeover offer by U.S. supply chain giant GXO.
