Dentons in Shanghai, New York-based Crone Law Group and offshore firm Ogier are advising disposable medical devices maker Meihua International Medical Technologies on the first Chinese initial public offering (IPO) in New York in seven months.
Meihua raised US$325 million, and the success of its IPO will likely encourage more Chinese companies to pursue their listing ambitions in the U.S.
