Although COVID-19 remains a concern, Germany has cautiously started to lift its COVID restrictions, leading the nation's top law firms to consider what their office policies should look like. Some have already taken their first steps into the post-pandemic world.
Currently, the government requires employers to enable staff to work from home where possible. Many firms returned to the office, in one form or the other, some time ago.
