In the U.K. and continental Europe, most of the firm's office grew revenue by more than 50% last year, firm chair Rob Insolia said.

Goodwin Procter, which in 2021 had the busiest year of any firm with regard to M&A deal volume, saw a 32.8% jump in gross revenue and a 32.1% increase in net income, as its strategy focused on the "intersection of capital and innovation" apparently continues to pay off.
