Osborne Clarke is to hire three partners from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, as the firm looks to significantly bolster its energy practice.
The trio is made up of John Deacon, Hannah Roscoe and Dominic O'Brien, and represents one of the most high-profile team moves of the year so far.
