Indian law firm IndusLaw has merged with local real estate boutique firm ASLF—a move that makes it one of India’s largest law firms by head count.

Founded in 2000 by three lawyers—Gomatam Sridhar, Srinivas Katta and Suneeth Katarki— IndusLaw already has offices in Benguluru, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Through the merger, IndusLaw will gain a presence in Chennai, four new partners—R Sunitha, KN Geetha, Kempe Gowda and K Vivekanand—and a team of 38 lawyers.
