Law firms in Australia have been saying they need creative solutions to draw staff back to the office after two years of pandemic lockdowns. But none claim to have found the silver bullet that will prompt attorneys to spend less time in their comfortable home offices and make the commute to work.

The majority of firms in Australia have over the past two years instituted a hybrid work model, with many now asking that 60% of lawyers' time be spent in the office and 40% working remotely.
