Pinsent Masons is on the cusp of reaching its female partnership target after promoting 23 of its lawyers to partner.
Of the promotions, which come into effect from 1 May, 48% of the round are female. In total, 29% of the firm’s partnership is now made up of women—which is just short of the firm’s 30% target it set for itself to reach in 2020.
