A four-strong Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan team, including its Perth office founder, has left the firm to join Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW).
Partner Paul D Evans, former State Solicitor for Western Australia and founder of Quinn Emanuel’s Perth office joins alongside special counsel Peter Sadler and senior associate Monika Mečević. Also joining the firm as a consultant is Elise Bant, Professor of Private Law and Commercial Regulation at The University of Western Australia and a Professorial Fellow at The University of Melbourne.
