No evidence has been found to support a claim by a female associate in Orrick Herrington and Sutcliffe's Munich office that she was groped by a partner at the firm.
According to a spokesperson for the U.S. headquartered outfit, no evidence was found by outside counsel to support the claim, following an investigation which began in February.
