Herbert Smith Freehills is to allow its U.K. staff to swap public holidays in a bid to give them more flexibility.
The ‘public holiday swap’ scheme, which is effective immediately, will permit all of the firm’s U.K. staff to take up to three public holidays at different times that works better for them within the same calendar year.
