Boies Schiller Flexner has hired a litigation partner into its London base, as it begins to rebuild its bench after losing most of its staff earlier in 2022.
Timothy L. Foden joins the London office as a partner in the international arbitration group from Lalive, according to the firm's statement. He has expertise in investment disputes and commercial arbitration.
